HOW CAN I HELP? 

I've been teaching for over 20 years.

With over two decades of experience, I offer personalised yoga classes tailored to your unique needs—whether you're looking to strengthen your practice, improve flexibility, or simply bring more calm into your life.

I became a yoga teacher fresh out of university. I convinced my parents that the best yoga teacher training was in Byron Bay, Australia, and that was the course I simply had to do. I didn’t undertake the training with any expectation of becoming a yoga teacher—my goal was simply to deepen my understanding of a practice that I loved and that had brought me so much healing.

However... when I returned to the UK, I began teaching friends of friends 1:1 yoga and not long after, I set up my business as a full-time private yoga teacher.

what works best for you?

1:1 ONLINE YOGA 

I mainly teach yoga online. After being forced to go online during the Pandemic I actually discovered that it worked just as well as in person yoga and now I have clients in several different countries around the world. 

1:1 IN PERSON YOGA 

I offer a small number of in person 1:1 yoga classes in the comfort of your own home. Please contact me to see if I have current availability. 

RELAXATION CLUB

This is an online group class every Saturday for 45 minutes at 4.15 to: RELAX. It includes gentle stretching, breathing exercises and meditation. The first class is free.
