Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all, every session is tailored to your level, whether you’re brand
new to exercise or already active.

Can we work online if I’m not local?
Yes, I coach women both in person and online, so you can join from anywhere. You can also take me away with you if you're travelling for work
or going on holiday! 

What times are the weekly yoga classes?
The weekly online yoga class is at 5PM on Sunday evenings.

Is the intro session really free?
Yes, absolutely. It’s a full 60-minute personal training session programmed for you, no strings attached.

Can I split a package with a friend or partner?
Yes, your PT sessions can be shared and you can alternate who does the yoga class and nutrition consultation.
