I began my career as a private yoga teacher, that's when I got an inkling that the work I now do was necessary. The women I used to teach would often berate their bodies, complain about how much they'd eaten on the weekend and share their binge eating episodes with me.
I knew the voice of the "inner mean girl'' too well as I too had lived with disordered eating and based my self worth on the size of jeans that I could fit into.
Through studying yoga and nutrition I discovered food freedom, and what it means to nourish your body.
This is what I wish for all women, and girls... and the podcast is a way for me to share my message with the world.
