What I teach, preach and have seen work successfully with my clients over-and-over again is to focus on the foundations, the healthy habits. 

The behaviours that make up 80% of your day. There's no need to sweat the small stuff. 

The Reset requires you to take out what's not serving you to focus on what is. 
By implementing healthy habits across 30 days you will feel so good you won't even miss your old habits.  

This isn't for you if you're looking for a quick fix, but if you want to learn how to nurture and nourish yourself, to discover how taking small steps can change the trajectory of your destination, then the time is now.

I got to the point where I thought I would never find a solution.

But then I tried intermittent fasting, and by giving my gut a rest from eating for an extended period of time, the inflammation lowered and my belly deflated. 

And so happy days, I no longer look pregnant when I'm not!

It changes our level of confidence and what we believe to be possible for us as human beings. Health looks different for everyone. There is no one size fits all, but there are habits and strategies that we can adopt to help us enjoy the journey towards a healthier version of ourselves!
