About me

I am a teacher at heart (starting by being a bossy older sister!).
As a child I dreamt of being a ballet teacher and sort of realised that dream by becoming a yoga teacher in my early 20's.

I started my yoga business whilst completing my post-graduate degree in Psychology. It was whilst I was applying to do a Masters that I realised that I wanted to help people NOW - not in 5 years time when I would be qualified as a psychologist, and I acknowledged that I was able to make a significant difference to people's wellbeing through yoga. 

In 2016 I pursued my passion and interest in nutrition to become a certified health coach and began teaching healthy cooking classes, supporting 1:1 clients, and running group programmes. 

An avid reader of all things 'self-development' and 'growth' I also qualified as a positive psychology coach in 2023. 

Over the last year I have stepped into my true purpose: to teach women how to transform their relationship with food and have used all of my education and personal journey to create my unique programme Done With Diets. 

I am also a mum to two amazing girls - and it is my greatest desire to be a worthy role model to them (with food, body image + life).
