This module will teach you how to finally break the cycle between restriction and binge eating and give you a solid framework to eat in a truly healthy and nourishing way.

The purpose of the Positve Mindset module is to learn how to silence her.
There are certain habits that make healthy eating easy, & effortless. In this module you will learn which healthy habits to prioritise to support your biology and psychology.
The Positive Nutrition Method is broken down into 5 main lessons:
1. Moderation
2. Mindfulness
3, Daily nourishing commitments
4. Managing cravings
5. Abundance mindset
By the end of this module you will have the tools to be a balanced and mindful eater. You will know how to eat both the foods that support your body to thrive, and eat foods you enjoy, without guilt.
The Nourish Method
The Monday Pep talks will be delivered to you weekly in audio format (on average 10-20 minutes long). Topics will include:

3. Self-Compassion
4. Gratitude

The aim of these Monday Pep talks is to support your mindset and set you up for a positive week of happy and calm eating.
The purpose of this module is to help you develop healthy and sustainable habits that support your biology and make your relationship with food easier. The lessons include:
1. The importance of sleep, rest and relaxation
2. Stress management
3. Movement
4. Managing stress exercises (a library of quick exercises to help calm the nervous system).
On the last Sunday of every month at 6 PM there is a live Relaxation Club session (recording also available).
For those who join this first round of Done With Diets the Positive Nutrition Module will be recorded live. We will meet on zoom each week for 5 weeks where I will guide you through the content and you will be able to ask questions. Of course the calls will also be recorded if you can't join live.
Inside Done with Diets there are modules, lessons, and exercises that are pre-recorded, there will also be content that is delivered live.

About me
I am a teacher at heart (starting by being a bossy older sister!).
As a child I dreamt of being a ballet teacher and sort of realised that dream by becoming a yoga teacher in my early 20's.
I started my yoga business whilst completing my post-graduate degree in Psychology. It was whilst I was applying to do a Masters that I realised that I wanted to help people NOW - not in 5 years time when I would be qualified as a psychologist, and I acknowledged that I was able to make a significant difference to people's wellbeing through yoga.
In 2016 I pursued my passion and interest in nutrition to become a certified health coach and began teaching healthy cooking classes, supporting 1:1 clients, and running group programmes.
An avid reader of all things 'self-development' and 'growth' I also qualified as a positive psychology coach in 2023.
Over the last year I have stepped into my true purpose: to teach women how to transform their relationship with food and have used all of my education and personal journey to create my unique programme Done With Diets.
I am also a mum to two amazing girls - and it is my greatest desire to be a worthy role model to them (with food, body image + life).
