Feeling this good will inspire you to continue taking care of yourself by nourishing your body and give you a plan to fall back on any time life throws you a curve ball (which it will!).
I spent a decade of my life restricting what I ate, worrying about eating too much, and desperate to make my body as small as possible.
Through yoga and studying nutrition I learnt that instead of focusing on how much I was (not) eating, I should be focussed on eating enough of the right things.
Through this shift in perception my mindset completely shifted: How we eat is an act of self-love and I choose to show myself more love.
What and how we choose to fuel ourselves impacts us on every level - physically, emotionally and spiritually.
The Glow-fusion classes are designed to be accessible to everyone regardless of their previous knowledge of yoga.
The classes are not strict yoga but rather yoga inspired with the aim of strengthening, toning, de-stressing and helping you connect inward.
I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years, but also practice many different forms of movement including pilates, HIIT and strength training which creates the unique Glow-fusion classes.
Eat REAL food: You are going to flood your body with fibre, nutrients and goodness by eating real food that your body loves.
Eat the Rainbow: Every color reflects a different set of phytonutrients, eating the rainbow,is a beautiful, visual reminder that food is medicine.
Predominately Plant Based: You don't have to become vegan or veggie but the Glow method teaches you how to find protein from plant sources.
Move daily: In Glow we don't move our bodies as a form of punishment, or to burn calories, but instead to create more energy and release feel food endorphins.
Connect with your Self: Glow will help you quiet your mind, de-stress and come into alignment with who you truly are.
Will I lose weight?
First and most importantly let me say that the Glow Code is not a diet. I believe that we must show ourselves compassion, nourishment, and nurturing, rather than using shame, punishment and force as an approach to weight loss.
The number on the scale simply explains your gravitational pull toward Earth, and is not the best indicator of health.
The Glow approach to weight loss is sustainable and holistic, in fact it's simply a by-product of nourishment. By eating enough of the right nutrients, supporting an efficient metabolism and creating an optimal gut environment, excess weight will naturally release.

I am a holistic health & positive psychology coach, yoga teacher, and mum.
I live in Oxfordshire with my husband, Beetle, 2 girls (India is 11 and Jasmine is 7) and our super speedy Labrador - Frisbee.
I have been on my own journey from abusing my body and treating myself like shit, to learning to cherish and nourish myself and it is my passion to teach others and be their guide on a similar journey.
I love to combine the wisdom of psychology, with practical nutrition advice and power of energy shifting movement.
