My Story

I lived the antithesis of a healhy lifestyle for over a decade. 

I had an eating disorder, which made me obsessive about food and took all enjoyment out of eating. 

My journey to healing was a combination of yoga, meditation, understanding nutrition, and developing self-worth and self-love.

I know what it feels like not to be comfortable in your body.  

I also know that it is possible to learn to love yourself. 

what i can do for you:
