I’m Miranda, a certified health coach and positive psychology coach, specialising in helping women break free from food guilt, binge eating, restrictive habits, and the belief that food is the enemy.
I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with food. For over a decade, I tied my self-worth to the number on the scale and the size of my jeans. But through my personal journey—and my studies in nutrition, positive psychology, and yoga—I’ve completely transformed my relationship with food. Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same.
My mission is to guide women toward a healthier, more empowered mindset around food. Diet culture has conditioned so many of us to believe that the size of our bodies matters more than our health, vitality, and happiness.
I’m here to help you break free from that mindset and find true nourishment—physically and mentally. If you’re ready to create a calm, balanced, and healthy relationship with food, I’d love to support you on your journey.

Bloating isn’t just uncomfortable—it can mess with your self-esteem, fuel body image struggles, and even push you towards restriction in an attempt to ‘fix’ it. But the truth is, extreme elimination diets and food fear aren’t the answer.
That’s why I created The Gentle Gut Reset—a simple, science-backed guide to help you understand what’s really causing your bloating and how to reduce it—without unnecessary restrictions or stress around food.

Knowing what to do is one thing—actually doing it when emotions take over is another. That’s where EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) comes in, helping you release food guilt, rewire old patterns, and feel in control in the moments that matter most.
I know you might be thinking this—because I used to believe it too. For years, I thought that if I let go of the rules, I’d spiral out of control. It felt like the only way to eat well was to stay disciplined, follow the rules, and ‘get back on track’ every time I slipped up. But here’s the truth: the more you try to control food, the more food ends up controlling you. It’s like holding your breath underwater—eventually, your body forces you to gasp for air. That’s what restriction does. The longer you hold on, the stronger the cravings become. The answer isn’t more control—it’s creating a way of eating that doesn’t need control. When you learn to nourish yourself instead of constantly fighting food, you naturally make choices that feel good—without the battle. That’s exactly what you’ll learn inside The Positive Nutrition Programme.
If you're like any of my clients you might have one, or all,
of these concerns:
Learning to love and accept yourself is not letting yourself go. In fact, it means you actually care MORE about yourself – but from a more empowered place, instead of clutching to diets for ‘control’. It means that your choices around food will be conscious, intuitive, and from a loving place – instead of on autopilot or instructed by a diet. Instead of always needing to turn to experts for advice, you will become the expert of your own body. Are you ready to stop battling your body and start trusting it instead?
I hear this fear a lot, and I get it.
But when you stop obsessing over your weight and start focusing on nourishment, your body naturally finds balance—and with that comes so many unexpected benefits:
✨ Your energy improves.
✨ Your skin starts glowing.
✨ Your hormones regulate.
✨ Your cravings settle.
✨ Your sleep gets better.
And most of all? You stop feeling like food is a constant battle. Instead of fighting your body, you start working with it—and that changes everything.
What if, instead of fearing weight gain, you allowed your body to settle at its happy weight (we have a whole module on what this is)—the one where it functions best, feels best, and thrives?
I know investing in yourself can feel challenging. Please feel free to reach out and share where you're at with your relationship with food, and I will tell you honestly whether I think this is the right programme for you, or not!
