I know what it feels like to struggle with food. Restricting, losing control with food, obsessing about calories and the number on the scale.
For over a decade, I believed my self-worth was tied to the number on the scale and the size of my jeans. But through my personal struggles and studies in nutrition and psychology I’ve transformed my relationship with food—and now, I’m dedicated to helping other women do the same.
My mission is to guide women toward a healthier, more empowering mindset around food. Diet culture has led many of us to believe that the size of our bodies is more important than our health and vitality.
