Once I viewed food as calories, now I see it as nourishment.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes, I want you to find your freedom, so if you don't love the programme you have 15 days to receive a refund.

Do I have to become vegan or vegetarian to follow your advice?

No. This is plant forward which means plants will make up the majority of what you eat, but you can continue to eat meat, fish, eggs etc. if you like. 

What is the start date of the programme?

I. am fully booked until the middle of February so I can start anytime that suits you from then. I would recommend that if you're interested in working with me in this programme to contact me so I can save your spot in my diary. 

How much weight will I lose?

Everyone is different and bodies respond at different speeds. You will lose weight if you need to and you apply the principles. And remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint. We're looking for sustainable weight loss.

How much time will I need to give to this?

The Nourish modules are self study and you'll need 1-2 hours to listen to the material per week.  You can listen on the go whilst you're out for a walk or on a commute. 

What about the 1-1 work?

You have 10 45 minute 1-1 calls with me each week at a time that is convenient to you (and me). 

What if it doesn't work for me?

Change your mindset. It will! And you can do it! But even if you don't lose as much weight as you hope to you will learn how to nourish and accept yourself and repair your relationship with food and your body.
