Is there a refund policy?

Yes, I want you to find your freedom, so if you don't love the programme you have 15 days to receive a refund.

Do I have to become vegan or vegetarian to follow your advice?

No. This is plant forward which means plants will make up the majority of what you eat, but you can continue to eat meat, fish, eggs etc. 

What is the start date of the programme?

I currently work with clients 1-1 through Food Freedom. We can start anytime that is convenient for you and me. 

How much time will I need to give to this?

The Nourish modules are self study and you'll need around 1 hour to listen to the material per week.  You can listen on the go whilst you're out for a walk or on a commute. 

What about the live sessions?

You have 8 x 60 minute 1-1 coaching calls  These will be arranged at a time that suits you. 

What if it doesn't work for me?
