Whilst we might not share the exact same story or body image issues I have being in the self imposed prison that you likely find yourself in, and never thought I'd be here: loving food and being kind to my body. I found my way to freedom and I want to guide you to do the same.
My background is as a private yoga teacher where I would listen to my clients berate their bodies and beat themselves up over weekend indulgences. This lit a fire in me because having being through the self-abuse myself I wanted to find a way to coach my clients out of their body shame. I did this first by qualifying as an Integrative Nutrition Heath Coach and also becoming a Positive Psychology Coach. I now offer a unique perspective drawing from Ancient Eastern Wisdom, Law of Attraction principles, practical nutrition guidance and the science of wellbeing.
Because I want you to feel comfortable with the investment you're making, if after our first 2 sessions together you don't feel like I am the right guide for you I will refund you the entire programme cost.
I have worked 1-1 with clients for close to 20 years, and whilst this programme is brand new, my experience of cultivating transformation is not. Supporting my clients brings me a deep level of satisfaction and I am fully committed to supporting their journey with any means I can.
